By downloading, installing, or using BeepAI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

BeepAI is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to transform user-uploaded photos into various artistic styles. The service requires credits to generate images, which can be purchased within the App.

3. User Accounts

  • Your account is linked to your device identifier
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device
  • Credits are non-transferable between devices
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Credits and Purchases

4.1 Credit System

  • Credits are required to generate AI images
  • Each generation consumes a specified number of credits
  • Credits can be purchased through in-app purchases
  • Purchased credits do not expire

4.2 Refund Policy

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable
  • Refund requests must be directed to Apple through the App Store
  • We cannot process refunds directly
  • If you experience technical issues, contact our support team

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use BeepAI to:

  • Upload photos of individuals without their consent
  • Create content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
  • Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
  • Upload content depicting minors
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
  • Use automated systems to abuse the service

6. Content Ownership

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a temporary license to process them for AI generation purposes only.

6.2 Generated Content

AI-generated images created through BeepAI are yours to use for personal purposes. You may share them on social media or use them for non-commercial purposes.

6.3 Restrictions

You may not use generated content for:

  • Commercial purposes without explicit permission
  • Creating misleading or deceptive materials
  • Any illegal activities

7. Intellectual Property

The BeepAI app, including its design, features, and AI technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

BeepAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Specific results or quality of generated images
  • Compatibility with all devices
  • That the service will meet your expectations

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to BeepAI at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
