1.1 Device Information

We collect a unique device identifier to manage your account and credit balance. This identifier is generated by the app and is not linked to your personal identity.

1.2 Photos You Upload

When you use BeepAI to generate AI images, your uploaded photos are:

  • Transmitted securely to our servers for AI processing
  • Used solely for generating your requested AI image
  • Automatically deleted from our servers after processing is complete
  • Never shared with third parties
  • Never used for training AI models

1.3 Face Detection for Photo Validation

Our app uses Apple's on-device CIDetector technology to verify that your selected photo contains a face before processing. This face detection:

  • Is performed entirely on your device using Apple's native frameworks
  • Does NOT collect, store, or transmit any facial geometry, biometrics, or facial feature data
  • Only determines if a face is present (yes/no) and returns a simple count
  • Results are immediately discarded after validation - no face data is retained
  • Is not shared with any third parties

This feature exists solely to help you select appropriate photos for the best AI generation results. No biometric data or facial recognition is performed.

1.4 Purchase Information

When you purchase credits:

  • Transactions are processed securely through Apple's App Store
  • We receive confirmation of your purchase to add credits to your account
  • We do not have access to your payment details (credit card, Apple Pay, etc.)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide AI image generation services
  • Manage your credit balance
  • Process and fulfill your requests
  • Improve our services and user experience
  • Respond to support inquiries

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is protected by:

  • Secure HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
  • Firebase's enterprise-grade security infrastructure
  • Automatic deletion of uploaded photos after processing
  • No storage of facial recognition or biometric data

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Firebase (Google): For secure data storage and authentication
  • RevenueCat: For managing in-app purchases
  • AI Processing Servers: For generating AI images (photos are deleted after processing)

These services have their own privacy policies and are bound by data protection agreements.

5. Data Retention

  • Uploaded Photos: Deleted immediately after AI processing is complete
  • Generated Images: Stored temporarily and deleted within 24 hours from our servers
  • Account Data: Retained until you request deletion
  • Face Detection Data: Never retained - processed on-device and immediately discarded

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request deletion of your data at any time
  • Access information about what data we have
  • Opt out of any future data collection by uninstalling the app

7. Children's Privacy

BeepAI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
