How do I generate an AI image?

Simply open the app, choose a style you like, upload a clear photo of your face, and tap "Generate". Your AI image will be ready in seconds!

What kind of photos work best?

For best results, use a photo where your face is clearly visible, well-lit, and facing the camera. Avoid photos with sunglasses, heavy shadows, or multiple people.

How do credits work?

Each AI generation uses a certain number of credits. You can purchase credit packs within the app. Credits don't expire and can be used anytime.

Can I get a refund?

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. For refund requests, please contact Apple directly through your purchase history or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Is my photo safe?

Absolutely! Your photos are only used to generate your AI image and are automatically deleted from our servers immediately after processing. We never store, share, or use your photos for any other purpose.

Why was my photo rejected?

Our app checks if your photo contains a face before processing. If no face is detected, you'll need to try a different photo. Make sure your face is clearly visible and not covered.

My credits didn't appear after purchase

Credits usually appear instantly. If they don't, try restarting the app. If the issue persists, contact us at support@beepai.com with your purchase receipt.

Can I transfer credits to another device?

Currently, credits are tied to your device and cannot be transferred. We recommend using the same device for all your purchases.

How do I delete my data?

You can request deletion of all your data through our Data Deletion page. We'll process your request within 48 hours.

The app is not working properly

Try these steps: 1) Restart the app, 2) Check your internet connection, 3) Update to the latest version, 4) Restart your device. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
