Request complete deletion of your data from BeepAI

What Data We Store

BeepAI stores minimal data to provide our services:

  • Device Identifier: A unique ID to manage your account
  • Credit Balance: Your remaining credits
  • Purchase History: Records of credit purchases
  • Generation History: Records of images generated

Note: Photos you upload are automatically deleted immediately after processing. We do not store your photos.

Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of all your data, please send an email to:

What to Include in Your Request:

  • Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
  • Your Device ID (if known - found in app settings)
  • Confirmation that you want all data deleted

What Happens After Your Request

We'll send a confirmation email within 24 hours

Data Deletion

All your data will be permanently deleted within 48 hours

Confirmation

You'll receive a final confirmation once deletion is complete

Important Notes

⚠️ Please Note

  • Data deletion is permanent and irreversible
  • All remaining credits will be lost
  • Purchase history cannot be recovered
  • You can create a new account by reinstalling the app
